New Foals at Simeon Stud

Our new foals for the 2016-2017 season are arriving, and they are every bit as wonderful as we thought they would be. At the time of writing, we are half way through with six foals born and another five on the way. We love visitors and welcome you to join in our excitement with foals this season by Simeon Sahron, Simeon Shanun, Simeon Shifran, Simeon Sadakah, Mulayh Ibn Maareesa and Immesmerize.

Simeon Sharlotte sold to Eqypt

Simeon SharlotteThe beautiful filly Simeon Sharlotte has been sold to the country of her forebears, Egypt. Sired by Simeon Shifran (Asfour x Simeon Shavit) from our elegant black mare Simeon Shatkin (Anaza Bay Shahh x Simeon Simona), she is a wonderful example of the magical cross between these two horses. Her full sisters, the black Simeon Sa-nur and the grey Simeon Sapphira are available for purchase.

Simeon Sabaya sold to Qatar

JB_MARE_SIMEON_SABAYAOne of Simeon Stud’s most prolific Anaza Bay Shahh daughters has been sold to Qatar in the Middle East. Out of Simeon Sublet (Asfour x Ramses Tinah), Sabaya has produced several very nice foals for our farm, including Simeon Sippai (by Asfour) who went to Venezuela and Simeon Shamal (by Imperial Madaar) who went to New Zealand.

Simeon Seda arrives in Belgium

JB_MARE_SIMEON_SEDAWe never thought we would sell such a precious mare, however any home with Johanna Ullstrom has to be heaven for horses.

Now owned by Agmal Arabians and managed by Johanna, Simeon Seda now makes her home in Belgium in foal to one of our wonderful stallions. We can’t wait for the next superstar from Seda to be born.

JB_MARE_SIMEON_SHADDAIWe are proud to announce that several of our horses have recently been sold and will be making their way around the globe. Pictured left, the gorgeous black Simeon Shaddai (Anaza Bay Shahh x Simeon Simona) is now the pride and joy of Anne-Louise Toner in the USA, while Simeon Seda (MB Talmaar x Raffaalaa) will be making her new home in Belgium. The young mare Simeon Sapphire (Simeon Samech x Simeon Shuala) will be taking the shortest trip of the group (to New Zealand) while our amazing young colt Simeon Sohaar (Simeon Shifran x Simeon Sanaa) will be jetting off to the Czech Republic. We are so proud of them all and wish their new owners all the best.

A new home for Simeon Saadik

SIMEON SAADIKThe sales at Simeon continue with the bay stallion Simeon Saadik (Simeon Sadik x MB Sahamenna) being purchased by Nicholas Fry of Najwa Park Endurance Horses.

Nicholas says “I am very proud to have purchased such a quality horse from an exceptional stud. Saadik is a combination of world class pedigree, true balance and type. He is a dream come true, and I thank all at Simeon who helped make this dream come alive.’

With his great height of 15.2hh and his innate athletic ability, it is hoped that Saadik will himself compete in endurance before siring a new generation of winners in the sport.

Simeon Salaeh has been sold

SIMEON SALAEHIt seems as word spreads of the quality of horses being sold at Simeon, many of whom were to be retained, we are saying goodbye to much loved animals every week. Conversely, we are thrilled to welcome new members to the Simeon Family, the latest being Anne-Katrin Liebe who has purchased the exciting chestnut Asfour daughter Simeon Salaeh, from Simeon Sibolet.

Anne-Katrin says “For some time we have been looking for a mare to enter our breeding program at AKL German Riding Ponies where we stand our fabulous stallion Vito Dima. Simeon Salaeh is a beautiful mare with all the qualities we have been looking for. We are amazed by her sensational temperament and brilliant trainability. Her exceptional conformation and expressive movement are second to none. We feel privileged to have this fantastic and sweet natured mare at our training centre and stud.”
